Is it possible to create a list of people's handles who you would rather not play?

for turn-based, yes. but it doesn't work yet for live chess. it will though, soon.

Ok thanks. How do you set it up for turn based? is it a premium feature?

Under privacy settings, block user it simply says:

"Blocked members will be unable to post on your Notes section or send you Messages."

This doesn't say anything about not being able to play you. Can we get a link that says, "click to add to no play list."
