I have the same issue with puzzle battle. If I use the app I have no luck finding an opponent but using the website on my phone I get an opponent pretty quickly.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
No, I play on my computer...is there something to install/uninstall on my computer?
I think it's getting worse. I just tried for 20min to play a game. After some waiting at 5min, tried 10min, then 3min, then after 5min trying I finally was matched up with 250 player who aborted, challenged a rematch, aborted again, tried 3 more times, aborting each time. I tried one more time, finally matched up again, another abort.

What is your seek range set to?
The "seek range" hasn't mattered in a year and a half. I have it set to +- 25 but that never mattered as it aways just gave me whoever it wanted. I posted about that for the last year, but now I wish I had that problem lol ...and when I do get a game, every 5 or 10 min they're still outside those parameters.
but the numbers dropped precipitously the last few weeks, Mousam. From always getting an immediate game to not being able to find a real game in 10 or 15 min.

Rated games work. But I'd rather not play rated games. In any event, it seems to be working again. Getting matched quickly this afternoon.
