Hey, guys I cannot get some awards. Can anyone please tell me that why I am not getting some awards like- ( 3d glasses ) This problem happens to many chess.com members. Someone please find the solution of this.

Some others are broken.

Me also no trophies sometimes in tournament

I did contact suppport... crickets
