I enjoy the forums here but the only downside is that you don't get any notifications when someone replies to your messages since it has so many forums you sometimes forget where you posted or don't check back at all.

You should get notifications if you created the topic and if your settings is at the default to track content you have posted on, then you should get notifications for those as well.
