Why does it take so long to remove offensive user names?

Support gets a lot of tickets and that doesn't include abuse reports from profiles as far as I'm aware. Last month it was close to 90,000.
It will get handled but could take a little time.
They moved awfully quickly to remove the image but not the racist a-hole's account. I'm glad they have their priorities straight.

Forums get moderated by a different group than abusive usernames but it's going to be handled.

Amazing how you can look at a picture which may or may not even be me, and know what I say. Please tell me just how you acquired this skill. I'm very interested. Also, I really didn't care what the username was; I just wanted to see if I could get you to repeat it. Lol.
