Oh dear

Oh dear...there I was happily struggling forth without any problems and clawed my way ( I'm not very good Lol) up to just over 800ish when BOOM! hit by about 5 cheats in a row AND the reconnecting nonsense and aborted games (not by me) usually just after my first move has started up again out of the blue.This always takes away my time AND points and it's unfair as I can't do anything about it. I received a couple messages from admin that I'd been a victim of cheating,but they don't say that outright of course,just violations of their fair play policy.I was happy to have the points awarded and thank you very much but I have to say I LOVE CHESS.COM and I'm steeling myself now for unfair slide down to around the 500 mark again because of the above issues so please can you try and resolve this again
