Parole scurrili in chat

Vorrei sapere che genere di politica viene adottata in questo sito: stavo giocando una partita a scacchi live con un americano... Costui in chat ha iniziato a parlarmi in modo scurrile... gli ho risposto con la sua medesima affermazione e .. IO SONO STATA ESPULSA!!!!!  Ma dico.. è normale tutto ciò????? Ma perchè non controllano quanti in chat scrivono porcate invece di giocare a scacchi????? Si usano due pesi e due misure? Complimenti!!!!

You might get a better response if you wrote in English. I don't know Italian very well.  

If I understand correctly, somebody started chatting while you were playing, and said something rude. You gave him back some of his own medicine and you were the one who got expelled.  

You ask- is it normal?  Well, we don't know what you wrote. But yes, the first one who complains has an advantage and trolls feed off the anger they cause.

You do have the option to block chat.

It will be an automatic system that kicked you. Not a moderator.

But yes, if the other user avoided using filtered words, and you didn't then you would be punished. They can't monitor every conversation at the time, so it's done automatically.
