Platinum membership unlimited lessons

I have a platinum membership and according to the membership description I should get unlimited lessons but after completing 5 lessons I get message saying I only get 5 a week. Whats up with that?

Only new memberships purchased after September 1st, 2022 have that as a feature.

Old memberships kept their old features and old prices.

If you have an old plan there isn't anything to fix. If you want to be on the new plan and pay for the subscription cost increase, then support can help with that.

Thank you very much for help. I guess I better find out what I'm paying now before I decide to increase it cause I rarely do more than 5 lessons a week

Not only can I not find out what I'm paying i can't find what I'm paying for. Does anyone know of a link or a forum topic that discusses what is included with old membership plans and possibly the cost. Thanking you in advance

I'm sorry I cannot find a screen shot anywhere on that link you shared with that shows whats included with a platinum or an old platinum membership
