You might find consolation in my 4 most recent games excluding that tilted loss. They all ended in draws and I was better in all of them. I was initially losing because I play the Latvian Gambit so it's +1.5 for White on move 2. But 2200's are extremely resourceful and good at swindling those games away, I've got some nice ones myself. If I was serious about improving I'd probably go study my Dvoretsky book
