You are missing the point. Do you think an account with 10-40 games reflects his or her real strength? Do you think a 900 bullet can reach 2100 rapid? I just had one reported.
@ian-is-back had 1900 on his previous account which he closed in June or May if I'm not mistaken,and since then he could have improved 100-150 points.
