2175 lichess under 2000 here lots of bots same lines yeah all these 850s winning the arenas how ridiculous sandbaggers at miminum ok so ya these guys open the new account at 800 and hover around there for a couple tournaments then quit is what it looks like, maybe titled players on burner accounts 17/17 and 65 point tournament wins are sus even when on peak form i don't think paying makes a diffence, off beat, hey i play ...1. g5! with great success.

Hi... I'm trying out Chess.com using a free account. I've played some of the blitz tournaments and I must say the players I've been matched with are rather strange and the tournament winners are strange too... For example, I'm about a 2000 player at lichess for 3|0 blitz. That places me in the top 10% of players there out of 700,000 players. I read that I should expect to come out around 1800 here. So far, that has held true. However, I've been matched against players rated less than 1200 that seem to be blitz masters. Also, these low-rated players are winning the tournaments. If you're a paying subscriber, do you get to play in tournaments where the players are better vetted? Is the player pool different from the one I have access to as a free player? Slightly bewildered...
