Player rating for each chess match

For a win, +8.
For a draw, +4.
For a loss, -2.
Please update this in your system. This is the best possible rating for each player after a match.
What do you all say about this rating after a match?
They have their own rating system which is very legitimate and fair. You're welcome.
It shouldn't be same for a win and a loss. In extreme ends. 2 wins, 1 loss = 8 rating points, 1 win ahead. The player has to win more games to have better rating!

#3 yes, that is what chess is about bro! If this rating system was implemented everyone's rating would skyrocket
Try that with money and you'll see why it won't work because everyone rating will be inflated
