I have just won two games this evening and my points have not increased, does anyone know why this is?

You mean playing against oponents who dont have grades? Both opponents have grades...

Was it the games against pierkk83 and biff55? If so, they were unrated. (The games, that is. Not the opponents.) You can choose whether to have the games affect your rating or not when you issue a challenge.
