I don't know that person, but judging by his profile, he's nothing like smart, nice, helpfull, nor displays any virtue of any kind. And I won't comment on his buddy icon, because it's a scandal to associate this with that.
Not to mention that ambiguous use of "IM" in front of his nickname...
lmao. He is cool, 'probably' not the nicest user here on forums but 'probably' most helpful one. I will credit him most for my improvement at chess.
