Prevalent abuse, spamming and racism on Chess.com

Hello. I am a user of Chess.com since, May, 2021 and though, initially I loved the platform; I have realised that it is full of abusers and racists. Irony is that platform is doing very less in improving it. During my game a few days ago, a player (deleted) purposely stalled the game, with around 4 minutes remaining. He was one move less of getting checkmated. I warned him that he'll be reported and he laughed about it. Maybe, he already knew that how platform works, so, he was carefree. He then even trolled on messages as well. The incident was reported and eventually nothing happened. User is still there, playing his games. In another instance, another user (deleted), made racist comments in chat. This was reported as well and nothing happened again. Things repeated today, when, a user (deleted) started abusing in chat when he started losing. He started using words like deleted and messaging like, play faster you gandu... I obviously said him back.... Eventually, he resigned, when, he saw he can't win.... I tried to message him for his behaviour and to my surprise Chess.com has muted the account. So, it appears that Chess.com is discriminatory and actually permits abuse, racism, trolling, harassment in chats. It appears that, there are users here who use it as a strategy to win the games and Chess.com has decided to allow this all. I come here for learning the game and developing some skills. However, it appears that Chess.com exposes one to mental harassment. Hence, I think it's better to leave the platform for other better platforms.
