How does one attach a picture ot avatar to one's profile?

Simple.  Bring your cursor to HOME (its at your top right hand side).  Then click on 'profile'.  There you should know what to do.

It helps if you have a store of pics that you can choose from, since the box will ask you to go to that picture. I save pictures I find on searches to a pictures file for quick and easy retreival.

I cant load profile picture

If you can get to your home page where you change settings, you get the picture you have and a BROWSE option. If you select a picture file, you still have to go to the bottom of the page and SAVE changes
