Puzzle Battle Glitch

There's a glitch that happens every now and then when I try to cancel a puzzle challenge. For some reason, I'll cancel it, and when I try to set a challenge again, it says I've used up my free try, but clearly, no challenge ever appeared on my phone. Today, the same thing happened, except a minute or so later, I opened the website on my laptop and, lo and behold, I was paired up with someone.

I get that a lot of people have the membership, so it's not really a problem for them, but I feel like it's still a significant enough problem that it needs to be fixed. It's not even a new glitch either, so it's extra frustrating.
