Question about improving and time controls

Lately I don’t have long uninterrupted periods of time that I can dedicate to playing longer chess time controls (thanks to chasing after my 1 year old and 3 year old 😂), so I was wondering would I benefit more from playing 10|0 or daily correspondence? I feel like 10|0 is a bit too fast for me so I have been playing correspondence. But the problem I’ve been noticing lately is that because of how long the correspondence games can be, it’s hard to incorporate things I learn watching YouTube chess and analyze them.
