Is there any way to stop people from just letting their time run out when they're loosing?

I had to wait 7:31 this game for no reason

That’s nothing. I had to wait for 15 mins with one guy. Then he played one move and I had to wait another 5 minutes for his time to run out. I think all you can do is just report them for stalling.
