Ranking not counting games in Daily...system error? - Chess Forums

Hello all,

I have now played 35 games in Daily mode and only 21 have counted toward my ranking and stats. This started with the first game and I created a help ticket at that time. I only received one auto-response even when I reached out again. Since it has been 3-4 weeks and my highest ranking wins were not counted I though I would reach out here for advice. I have not had this issue once in rapid, blitz or bullet mode.

No, it's not a system error.

14 of your 35 games were unrated.

Unrated games don't affect your rating.

This is because 14 of your completed games have been unrated and therefore do not count towards your ranking and stats. Be sure to check before sending/accepting challenges.

Thank you for taking time to help on this. Seems obvious now but I had not noticed that when selecting challenges. I though all open challenges affected rating.
