99.9 % sure the rating calculation is based on what their rating is when the game finishes. The .1% fudge factor is just because I'm old and never sure when my mind will go permanently on vacation.

If I start an online game against someone, and their rating changes dramatically while I am playing, will my new rating be calculated based on their rating when the game started or at the time it finishes?
