What on earth are you on about? The site software ensures the basic rules are adhered to and provides accurate clocks, and has an energetic and active fair play policy and system in place. What sort of controls are you imagining and how could they have any additional effect, since everything is already addressed?

If you are playing FIDE tournaments you have a real ranking on a platform where it is very difficult to cheat. Why worry about cheaters here? Chess.com ratings are somewhat meaningless in the real world of chess.
