they should make special Mod position for 16 year olds, less power, but they can still help
thats just helping the mods out by reporting. giving mod positions that allow things like deletion of forums or editting to people U18 that obviously aren't mature enough to handle it will most likely lead to a chaotic forum filled with kids deleting each-others comments.

Moderators have to be 18+ and have been a member in good standing for at least year. You don't qualify.
Also, moderators do not make decisions in who can become a moderator (though if asked about a specific member, can give input)
