Honestly just venting a bit, I’ve been playing unrated 5+0 for the last couple months just to take a step away from competitive chess. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened where I play against an opponent rated way lower than me and win, then they immediately send me a rated rematch for the same time control or even a totally different time control, but by the time I’ve accepted it and realize, resigning will lose me the game and now I’m playing a time control I’m not used to playing. I wish there was a more clear “Are you sure you want to accept this challenge” rather than finding out half way through a game I wasn’t putting my rated effort into just to lose to someone rated so much lower. Just feels like it shouldn’t be allowed or that chess.com should revisit the rematch feature to make it more clear what challenge you’re accepting on mobile.
