There is no easy way to report an offensive person, username or image which is a missing feature. For example the following user image promoite Nazism and it should be banned.

I am not saying that I think personally he should be removed, if I were the owner here I would allow any name you like , but what is important is the current site policy.

The avatar & username are offensive in just the same sense as slavery or KKK material would be.

Those who carry out crimes against other peoples of a racial or genocidal nature (regardless of religion) will arrive at a day of reckoning whereby they receive judgement and punishment for those crimes.
