Request for checking a game with anti cheating software

Dear chessfriends!
How long does it usually take to get a reaction from the chess.com fairplay employees? I have sent them a request via email two days ago, to check a game I have played. I was accused of cheating in public by a well known streamer and would like to get the result of the investigation for further steps, but I didnt get any answer, yet.

You won't get any kind of reply, in the vast majority of cases.

However, if you are playing fairly, you have nothing to worry about.
