Showing/Posting a game need help!?

Hi Chess Community... I am not one to have lot for knowledge on any P.C. so could do with some simple guidance, I have notice that when someone posts a game they would like to be viewed its posted with the moves "AND A CHESS BOARD" So anyone and replay the moves easily!! Can anyone reveal in simple terms how this is done, is it a simple task or complicated one!??
