Nice feature but it seems a bit odd to me that it would show timeout percentage (not that relevant imo) but not total games played or RD. I think better would be: current games: 27 (RD 112). A rating is pretty meaningless without enough games played to prove it. The feature is very handy because now I can check out a forum posters approx strength very quickly but it kinda becomes defunct when I'm constantly doubting the accuracy and have to click on their profile anyway.

I like it shows our current active games so we know who's just really playing here at chess.com. RD would be good too! 
Oh yes, the "Best Rating" should read "Current Rating" as that is what is being display, believe others have mention that as well!

Actually I realised I made a mistake; The "current games" shows info on turn-based games and is not necessarily related to "best rating". However I would love to see something that shows the reliability of the "best rating" like an RD display. I think the most important thing about the feature is to quickly get an idea of the posters strength so I know immediately how to perceive any chess related posts.

That's because the text in your theme is white. I think a useful fix for chess.com would be to make it so text in quotes, notes and this new pop up profile are visible regardless of the theme.
Oh, and here was me thinking that chess.com forums were utterly packed with banal garbage until you made this post and renewed my enthusiasm! Thank-you Komoliddin07 for alerting me to this topic I'm tracking with your intelligent and relevant post!

Trouble is making the fonts smaller shrinks the entire page, making it almost impossible to read...and the popups still don't appear as intended...
Yes -- I'm not sure this is actually the problem because intentially blowing up my text in Firefox doesn't cause the same symptoms that chessoholcalien is seeing. Although it does cause a misalignment of the pop-up with the name being moused over, the content fits the box properly.
when you are on the Analysis board it shows your opponent is online or off line
