Some people just stay on elo 100-500 and playing unranked and win against 2000+ players. WHY?

That's why most people don't play unrated games. You never know what you've got.

But thats the solution??

Why chess . com cant do something against these kind of players?

Its simple
If you have an elo
And you beated way higher players in unrated you should play ranked a bit
I mean thats not that hard or a punishment
Thats just playing chess...

Probably a good player is demonstrating how to destroy 2000 players... or they use engine. Lol

They probably used engines. When I was 261 rated on bullet, I played with a 100 rated player but the latter never played mistakes, blunders, or inaccuracies. It was found that the player was (most likely) cheating and violating the Fair Play Rules, so my score was increased to 280 after going down to the 250s.
