Why can't you leave your group? Don't you have this on the group home page?
Staff could you add this?

You can leave a group. Go to the group's home page. There's a box on the right with the group's logo & things to click on: "home," "matches," "members," "vote chess..."
At the end of that box is a red X that says "Quit Group"
Click on it and say good bye.
A group i joined really started to make fun of my rating.
