I like to accept two seeks, one white, one black, from a player who has a lot of seeks out. However I don't accept seeks from people I'm already playing, though I've had it happen to me. I've accepted seeks and had the game aborted and you never know why, I forget about it. I don't think there's anyway you can limit seeks to people you are not already playing.
Starting new games.
I'm wondering...
When I publish an open seek, is there any way I can prevent people who I'm currently playing against from accepting?
To get my games up to the number I like to play, I sometimes send 10 or 12 simultaneously, and sometimes I get multiple games against the same player. I don't want to abort, it just seems rude.
Try a game name such as "One game at a time per opponent." If someone takes two seeks you may feel justified in aborting the second game.
