If you mean unrated live games, you need to choose first ( inside the bar with the time preferences ) the " coustom " option. After you choose that, outside and under the bar you will see that appeared a link that points " rating options " . If you click that , you will find the " unrated "preference. I have to warn you that it's more difficult to find random seek/opponents with the unrated option. Good luck!
