Reparation (noun): The making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.

The OP seems to be from Spain, so the interpretation of reparation, in his or her case, should reflect that situation.
I happen to be conversant with international law, so how do you propose he could, if necessary, be compensated ?
