Tactics to stop sucking

At the moment I suck badly. And nothing seems to be helping, puzzles, practise games, learning new openings.  On a big losing trend o er the last month at about 40% win rate and just doing STUPID things all the time.

What's your top tips for getting out the rut?

Learn exactly how to think in the opening, middlegame and endgame — this is what I teach.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

Thanks both. With regard to coaches, what's the best way to find one? Joining a club?

Joining a club (a real life chess club near you) is probably the best thing you can try.

Some people suggest taking a complete break.
Then follow the above advice.
Chill…enjoy.
As for joining a Club it apparently helps…or just go for the Social Interaction.
I haven’t summed up the courage to go to a club…maybe one day 😁
Good Luck

ChessMasteryOfficial's post is a spam reply written by some AI. It means nothing.

Probably there is a human behind the account, but the posts are always AI-generated nonsense.

If you google search kasparov chess website, there you can find tactics that actually created by gm unlike here which is mostly from games. They give you 25 tactics per day and i feel quality is better than lichess puzzle.
