First, almost needless to say, this is an excellent site for blitz chess.    This said, however, there are at least two features which I find extremely frustrating.   I mention them hoping that some members may be able to explain to me how I can solve the problems.

First, I continually receive the following alert: game interrupted and reconnecting.

This often happens during a game thus resulting in losing the game because the reconnection seldom takes place.

How can I solve this problem?

Second, after I have followed an exhibition game, when I then start a game myself, I hear the sound effects of the exhibition game.

How can I stop this interference?

To your first: It sounds like it could be either your connection or your opponant's. 

Second: Make sure you have closed the exhibition game (little 'x' to the right where it says New Game, Tournements etc)
