ok

what? Some do false reporting
I can't say anything it's depend on chess.com If you found guilty they may close your account. But if you accept that you haven't done this with a solid proo or you may not do this in future, they may also reopen your account

I've been reporting for years and no developer's improvement to this game yet!!! Check out this #chess game: ronniegot vs mrFaheem75 - https://www.chess.com/live/game/138475156208 I have the inevitable checkmate with the rook. As I'm moving the rook , the game ends and my opponent is awarded the win...BY THE BUGS OF THIS CHESS.COM GARBAGE—oh and look at the time remaining my opponent has? I know that it's a bug and my opponent cheated and manipulated something on this platform to end the game with him winning, because I never was stuck with my moves to fall behind by that much time—it’s utterly ridiculous how unfair this chess game is!!!

They must do
What does "take proof" mean?

What do you think it mean?
I have absolutely no idea. Can't think of any meaning that makes any sense.

It probably means that you should submit a screenshot or other evidence of violation when reporting a user

A screenshot is not evidence, as it can be easily manipulated.
On the other hand, chess.com already has the real evidence available to them on their servers.
