The chess.com support bots are not smart

In the old days, you can immediately talk to staff about your problem but now you have to waste time with the ai bots with limited responses and you have to selected the correct options to not get a dead end response and talk to the staff. It is a little annoying.

It was nice back when there were only a few hundred users but now that there are a few hundred million of us, it is nice that the bot system can still answer 99% of users questions immediately.

It's amazing how often people ask the same things over and over.

You never said what the problem was that led you to want support help.

Previously it wasn't immediate. It's possible to get the tool to transfer to staff and they get a lot of tickets every day
