no it's just you. most people pick their avatar as something they like not what you like.  think about this   Did you ask your opponents name ?

can we just go abck to the point where it's a bit weird to have a womans picture as your avatar when you are a man?????

Even if you are gay, its a bit weird...

most men i know who are gay generally tend to be proud of the fact they are men who like other men, and so it doesn't make sense they would have a womans picture there...

that is what is weird about it, and why it particularly jars with the men in this forum, not because the images the men have chosen are partcularly hot (Skibaby please stand up), but because it goes against the masculine imagery of what we usually select

Maybe they need to do more Google image searching before they log on just to clear their pipes and take a load off.

*sighs* so, i put across a reasonable reason why we think that using a female avatar for men, as opposed to the usual masculie imagery might be percieved as a little strange, and i get two "accusations" that i'm gay.
