this is very annoying(0.1 sec loss for every premove)

Play with increments if it bothers you so much.

can you make an actual move in less than 0 seconds doubt it. making premoves take 0.1 seconds instead of no time at all is more realistic.

Realistic? What are you even talking about? It's not like you can premove irl, the closest thing is having a response, and even then it takes at least a second or more to do the move, so then maybe 1 sec per premove or maybe a random number between 0 and 2 for realism's sake?

Nah. 0.1 makes it more fun. Lets say 1 person has 1 sec and the other guy(THAT IS LLOSING) has 4). This shows a better use of time by guy 2 and he may be able to flag.

It's annoying when you're queening a pawn and they only have a king. On lichess I can make 40 moves in a second, on chess.com I only get 10 moves...

... losing when I can 100% premove to mate is very annoying.

As with most chess related issues, I like the way lichess does it better. Chess.com has a good URL and marketing, but that's it.

At least chess.com is passable... I don't mind playing chess here... but on little chess related issues it's always lichess who does it better, IMO.

That's why IRL without increment is more like playing with decrement... every move costs you time no matter what. It's not a very good way to play... which is why tournaments always use increment or delay. Brains work much faster than hands.
