This site's "draw by repetition" system is retarded

It isn't repeated moves exactly, but the same position has to occur three times, including the same player to move in each position, and all legal moves possible in each., In particular castling rights the same and if en passant was possible in one of the positions, it isn't counted.

same pieces, same moves, and some squares 3 times in a row = draw

i am sure most of us here know that.
