Tilting ...

Well I have been hammering out the games today and so far I have dropped 30 games and won only 2 of them ...

Tilting doesn't begin to cover it ...

I would take a break. When you’re tilting, you play worse. Take a nice break and come back later.

It took a month to get me out of a big tilt.

I hope you can get out of it sooner.

I had my games on vacation for about a week cuz I was really burned out and I got accused of abusing my vacation cuz I was still playing a handful of live games trying to get my head back in order.

I have had too many games for far too long so they needed to come down

We all tilt. When it happens take a break for a day or 2 then you will be even more excited to play and you’ll play even better than normal

Unfortunately, real life plus burn out has intervened in your chess games.  Probably taking the losses is about your best recourse until you get far fewer games and give yourself time to deal with your real life issues, and recover from burnout.  For me, recovering from burnout takes a week or two at least, and that's if I completely stay away from chess.

If you are being accused of abusing vacation, whether or not there is any merit to the accusations, well the best bet would be to just not go there.  You can regain your rating points when you have fewer games and are back to your normal amount of energy.

And oh yeah, with a lower rating you'll start off with some easier games, which will be a good way to ease your way back into a good solid healthy swing of things.

Thank you @Omega60 yeah I feel much less pressure already smashing them 30 games today.

Less pressure is definitely FOR THE WIN.  Keep on doing what you pretty much have to do.

Well, if I were you I would analyze some of those games and annotate why I chosed the moves and what would have been better instead. It hurts a lot, but we improve from our defeats. However if you don't want to do that, as others have suggested, take Sometime to rest, the rating will come back eventually.

It is not so much the moves I made it is the fact that I was playing my daily games at a blitz speed cuz I had way too many of them so I wasn't concentrating. Getting them down will ultimately help me cuz I can slow down and think about what moves I actually wanna play instead of making stupid mistakes cuz I wasn't looking at what I was doing.

I have been on a downward spiral for at least the last 3 weeks...

More evidence that you need to take a break.  Your are playing far worse than what you are capable of.  Been there done that (though I've dealt with bad burnout in the past, and so I am better at stopping than ever before).

Note the number 1 rule of  burnout:  If you ignore it and continue playing, don't worry.  You'll get to deal with it in a week when it's even worse.  It only gets better by rest and not playing for a bit.

And yeah, even now, I fight hard to not play so much due to mental fatigue.  The difference between us is:  I am mentally tired, you seem to be a few notches of fatigue worse off than I am at this time.
