Troll Rehab

I try to be helpful most of the time and only be a part-time, funny troll. When I do troll, I think they usually deserve the trolling. ;-)
What? You going cold turkey on the Italian food? Health reasons?
Oh, and sorry for having to quote you, but I'm learning: Always quote the OP...

Truer words have never been spoken.

I would only want to try out the one-and-only Vincenzo's. However, since Nikolai stated that his days of Italian food are over, I'm afraid that Vincenzo's may have shut down due to the COVID...

And what started off as spam has now gone down in folk lore and mythology.......

I've heard the constant whinging about "trolls" as a backdrop whilst I've played this game, so I see fit to comment.
Constant "trolling" accusation is a particular idiosyncrasy unique to this space.
Can only offer assumptions as to why. One would be an inability to deal with differing opinions.
People are either saying something of worth - or they are not. It's really not that hard.
I simply can't explain the "spam trolling" however. Would put that down to kids, but been in a skateboard community which we were mostly under 16 and never really seen spam anywhere (with the exception of advertising ofc).
I would suggest people stop using "trolling" as a cop out, and deal with whatever subject with some reasoning instead. The general standard would significantly rise as a result.
As regards the "community cleanup": it's an entirely tone-based discussion. Not much better than basic name calling (like calling each other trolls for example). It's going nowhere fast, as anyone with half a brain knows regardless of whether they can quite articulate it.
Recently, I've noticed many topics on trolls, spamming, etc, by groups' members created for the purpose of reporting anything they determine to be untolerable.
I'm also under the impression the main reason for creating the forums/threads is to generate awareness of the clubs and the goals. By constantly commenting on the forums, they're highly visible and remain "popular".
This "popularity" contest is a little disappointing to me. I go look at the common denominator for the frequent posters and it's a few clubs. I see lots of titled members. Then I see some of these members also members of troll groups themselves.
I use the word popular, because that's the verbage used by some of the clubs.
No need for mention of any names, it's public knowledge though.
What I didn't expect was how popular some of these clubs actually are. I wonder they're mosty high school and college kids? Some have admitted to having personal vendettas as to their motivations.
I understand if some people are genuinely trying to help make the forums a better place for everyone. I've personally seen some of the leaders not setting very good examples of always being "kind and relevant" and not once has anyone in those clubs said anything. Of course, they try to be "politically correct" and "within the law" as they define it.
I've questioned a few things like having silly goals of obeying the rules. I wonder how many "reports" I've received already for that.
Anyway, I have better things to do
Anyone who offends or doesn't agree with the bunny is a troll. And the bunny is not easily offended nor totally disagreeable. So there.
Also in the future, please ensure you use double spacing between sentences or the bunny will have to report you.

No you don't. If we are to believe your handle...

The bunny thinks it was just a line from "what's poppin'".
Anyway, the more affordable pasta joints in Singapore have replaced bacon with turkey to be more inclusive of other communities. The bunny's all for inclusiveness but more against baconlessness .
