I'm pretty certain that I have played in a team match against your team. Send Chess Association a challenge specifying a rating range of 1900-2100, or 2000-2200, and you should find it will be welcomed.
lol. How many groups are there having more than 200 members with an average rating of 2230? Its a pity though, they declined to play. May be you should send more than one challenges to a group. For instance:
First challenge to a group
Players: 1+
Rating Range: 1900-2000
Rated
Second challenge to the same group
Players: 1+
Rating Range: 2001-2200
Rated
Third challenge to the same group
Players: 1+
Rating Range: 2201-2400
Rated
Fourth challenge to the same group
Players: 1+
Rating Range: 2401-2600
Rated
Fifth challenge to the same group
Players: 1+
Rating Range: >2601

This might just solve ur problem.
Ive sent hundreds of team match challenges to the majority of the biggest teams on chess.com, teams with 1000+ members and had no luck, declined and more. As we "THE PREMIER OF ALL" are a small team of around 200 members BUT all members are rated 1900+ other teams are unfortunately put off. We do want a challenge and a fare competitive team match, so we are inviting all big/large (700+ members) teams of Chess.com to challenge us in as many friendly (rated) team matches, making more exciting and challenging for all!...
