Two group questions.

The first one is, can the Super Admin of a group make it so they aren't Super Admin, and that there is no Super Admin? The second one is, if the sole Super Admin of a group suddenly disappears, or quits their membership, who, if anyone, becomes Super Admin?

You can make someone else SuperAdmin and THEN leave, but you can't quit a group if you are the sole SuperAdmin.

If the sole SuperAdmin gets banned, then generally by sending a message request to kohai, one of the remaining admins/members could get promoted to SuperAdmin.
