Is it possible you're getting disconnected without realizing it? You'd be waiting for a sign the game had started, but the server would be waiting for you to make your first move.

Hi,
It has been the fourth time that I have been dropped out of the tournament while waiying for the game to start.
Just a few moments ago I was playing black, waiting for the game to start ( the cube was circling in the center) and suddenly on top came a sign stating that I lost.
It is very upsetting, anybody has any idea why?
