using the pass and play function when playing a daily game

Hi. I’m I allowed to use the pass and play function of course without hints etc. While playing a game so I can move the pieces around the board to self analyse the game I am playing?

Yes, but the Daily games have a built in option to do the same thing.

Do they!? I haven't seen this. I see at the bottom what looks like an analysis button (a magnifying glass and a board' but I haven't clicked that warrying that it would start analysing the game. How do you get a simple board then that I can move the pieces on but it doesn't analyse? Thanks!

While in an active Daily game, that option doesn't give engine analysis. It does what you want.
Asalam o alaikum. I wanted to ask that can you use pass and play with hints to win daily chess matches? I somewhat recently discovered it.
