Try to not play around noon MST if you want to avoid this problem that is when it seems to be the worst aside from that all we can do is wait for chess.com servers to adapt to the increased player count

I have gotten them Alot lately. Probably of my bad Internet.

It isn't your internet It is a problem that has to do with chess.com being flooded with new users certain people not experiencing it may be due to them getting lucky in when they play and on which sub servers they are hosted but in general it is a problem that chess.com as a whole has best way to avoid it is to not play during peak times sadly.

I love chess.com's excuse fore this.  Chess is just so  popular and we just have way to many active users.  Which would mean they are making more money.  Maybe spend some of  that on some additional server capacity instead of buying out other chess sites and making the problem worse.

I was playing a game today and I have been disconnected (strange, my Internet connection is pretty good) I tried to refresh  the page and got a 502 server error. Impossible then to get back to the game, half an hour later I discovered that I loose the game. I'm quite disappointed (also because I had a winning position in that game) and for sure I'm not happy to pay a diamond subscription to get such a bad service. So instead of buying every chess site in the world, Chess.com should buy some servers. Please do something, NOW! Thank you.

Thats the nice thing about buying out the competition.  Once there are no other options you no longer have to be any good.

There are other options. One is  to play on Chess.com without  paying any subscription. But there are other options.  I tell you a secret, but it's just between you and me: Lichess. It's free with a lot of funny and useful functionalities. But don't tell your friends, otherwise Lichess's servers could get overloaded too!
