Yes, they reset each week on Sunday. The exception is a division that starts on Friday or later, which resets a week later on Sunday.

No! It is world cup soccer scoring. Win scores 3x that of a draw.
Bullet - 3 for a win, 1 for a draw
Blitz - 9 for a win, 3 for a draw
Rapid - 15 for a win, 5 for a draw
All are of course 0 for a loss.

All rated games that are either random challenges or part of tournaments that are at least 1|0 should count for league trophies. Unrated games and direct challenges don't count.
All I play is random rated blitz or bullet, i’d say 50% of the time the card at the end doesn’t display the league rankings or points gained for it, only my rating change

That doesn't necessarily mean you didn't get any trophies; it could have just bugged out. But that said, based on your wins and draws since divisions reset yesterday, your count looks close to what it should be (I don't have the time to check each game and time to fully verify).

It's just a guess that it might bug out sometimes on the display.
Same you have to be 90+ to get into top 20 and the podium is in the 3, 4 hundreds
