What can we do when an account is wrongly detected as cheating but it didn't even do that?

Go the that support thing on chess.com(not email) and tell it that you want to be unbanned and chess.com will think about it

Thanks! I've heard about this one before but couldn't find the link... so if you have it please send me T-T
i had my previous account falsely banned for cheating. i went to chesscom support, they said i broke their fair play policy even though i never cheated.

Your friend (not you) can make an appeal.
He would have received an email after the account was closed, explaining his options. Have him look for the email. The email would be sent to the address he gave to chess.com when he signed up.
This is all explained on the Support Help pages-https://chess.com/support

You can't make the appeal for him.

By opening a new tab then run an engine on it, you can find the best move in ur position and play it on ur main tab

My friend's account just got closed because of cheating...
But as you've seen in the name of the post, my friend didn't cheat in any ways possible. He is a talented with a 17 years of experience in chess and had owned that account for 3 years. Furthermore, that's his only account so he really loves it and keeps it as a treasure.
I am calling for help because all of my effort that I've put in searching online was wasted, there is literally nothing being helpful on all sites...
If you know about this topic or have experienced it (even just a little bit), please help me in any way. I've been dead-tired and fully disappointed since his account was closed. A bit of hope will truly make my life brighter, thanks for all of your help!!!
