What do you do to deal with the frustration of losing?

When I get frustrated with losing streaks, I use that feeling as motivation to dedicate more time to chess studies. Also, doing puzzles and tactics exercises before games helps.

It is very important to realise that you have reached the saturation point where you must take rest.
The tilt is for sure painful and has happened to all of us, I have tried meditation and results are really good, You can also think of waching some chess instead of playing it for a while.
The one thing that is good about tilt is you try to play and dont get rating bind
Dont give up, stand up and fight!, You are gonna hit a wall!!!

when you frustrated with losing ,do push ups until it feels like your arms will fall off. Then you wont be so focused on your defeats so much

Do you learn from chess books? Solving puzzles feels satisfying and I do 5 puzzles everyday.

I’m sick of losing and not improving. I hate this game but can’t stop playing.

Type in the secret code before your games - 127.0.0.1 - and you'll do much better.
are you sure this will work?

I'll try that one and see how it goes. Thanks.

@Witikiti When I consistently use Chessable, Aimchess, and chess.com puzzles, I improve. Lately, I'm too distracted, so I'm loosing what I "learned" - but that is just me...
Also, I left something out...I like to eat junk food when I'm frustrated by poor performance lol

I just play fast and try to win on time. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes not.

and you wonder why you lose...
study with the lessons & solve lots of puzzles:
would you get in the ring before learning how to box?

I usually go outside for some fresh air and stay away from chess for a few hours, maybe even for the day. You gotta realize that chess is an emotional game. If you are emotionally losing, you are losing in-game. Stop ASAP and you will recover soon.
I remember losing 200 elo in 1 day. Took a day off and gained around half of it back the next day.
I am losing so many games and I hate it.
